Hotel Phillips
The Hotel Phillips, located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, is a hotel building dating from 1929. It currently offers 217 large guest rooms, a fitness center, meeting space, complimentary guest wifi, is pet friendly, has a daily guest reception, and jazz performances Thursday-Saturday. The Phillips is located on the south side of 12th Street and is directly across from the historic Muehlebach Hotel, which now operates as a wing of the adjacent Kansas City Downtown Marriott. It is one of only five hotels located in the downtown area near the large Kansas City Convention Center. The Hotel Phillips was first listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, 50 years after it was first built. (read more...)
