Hapgood House
The Hapgood House is a historic late First Period house at 76 Treaty Elm Lane in Stow, Massachusetts. The oldest portion of this 2-1/2 story timber frame house was probably built c. 1726, not long after Hezekiah Hapgood's marriage. The house has a rare intact front stairway balustrade, and exhibits some unusual framing methods for the period. (read more...)
