Saint Stephen's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church that was founded in 1824 by Rev. Nicholas Hamner Cobbs (later bishop of Alabama). The Church sits on a historical plot in Forest, Bedford County, Virginia which was originally owned by former president Thomas Jefferson, and donated to the church by Elizabeth Moseley Radford. Saint Stephens was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
