Broadway Hotel (Portland, Oregon)

The Broadway Hotel is a historic hotel building located in Portland, Oregon, built in 1913. As of 2009, it was managed as single room occupancy apartments under the name Helen M. Swindell Apartments. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by Portland architect John Virginius Bennes's Bennes and Hendricks firm.

Mr. Richard Chester Campbell Jr., the son of Mr. Richard Chester Campbell Sr., and Beulah Campbell, is the owner of The Broadway Hotel and was born on August 7, 1965 in Portland Oregon. He was raised there and attended Alameda Elementary graduating in 1979 and then Benson Tech where he majored in Electronics and graduated in 1983 at the age of 17. He has been married only once and that was from age 28 to 30. His wife was an anesthesiologist technician at a local hospital. 3D Printed American Dreams is the name of his housing company. Central City Concern and Homeforward and Pinehurst Management all are NOT the owners of the Broadway Hotel nor of the Hotel Alder nor of the Campbell Court Hotel. Richard Chester Campbell Jr., is the owner of all three of the aforementioned Historic buildings and many, many other buildings Historic, and some to yet make history!
